imgSo how would you like it if a cute could brew that perfect cuppa everytime you need one and yet never complain about being overworked? Sounds too good to be true? Nope, considering that the man Friday we are referring to is the Penguin Tea Timer.

This well-groomed penguin has a built-in timer (1 to 20 mins), which you can set depending on how strong you want your tea. Simply sling the tea bag over his beak, set the timer and relax. The penguin lowers the bag into the water and lifts it out when the time up. Cute, huh? Can be used as a regular timer too.[Read More]

imgThis is my first radio control plane, with a foam wingspan of 176cm, powered by two DC electric motor with plastic propeller. Operated at 72Mhz radio frequency with 400m radius range, capable of flying at attitude 500 feet. The flight banking is base on controlling the motor speed, I meant is that one of the motor need to slower than the other.

But sadly this plane is not so stable for straight flight due to no gyro instrument install and lack of safe open space near my home. Sadly, it didn’t even succeed the maiden flight and now ended up hanging at my bedroom ceiling as a historical collection.

Exciting and visually stimulating, they come glow-in-the-dark, metallic silver, ruby red, iridescent gold and other wild assortments for maximum creativity

According to TD Monthly, a trade magazine for the toy industry, Magnetix sets are among the top 10 most-wanted building sets, and are top sellers on web including Amazon, KBToys, and Walmart. It was also nominated for 2005 Activity Toy of the Year by the Toy Industry Association, and was included in the Hot Dozen list for 2005 published by Toy Wishes.

Sadly, on April 19th, 2007, the CPSC ordered further Magnetix recalls, recalling over 4 million sets. “To date, CPSC and Mega Brands are aware of one death, one aspiration and 27 intestinal injuries. Emergency surgical intervention was needed in all but one case. At least 1,500 incidents of magnets separating from the building pieces have been reported.”

No worries, magnetix safety issue as been resolved lately.
